Unfortunately, the flowers I received were not consistent with the quality shown in the product listing. The advertised photos show full, realistic, premium-looking “Real Touch” roses, but the actual flowers arrived flattened and misshapen, with bent stems and an overall appearance that looked much less natural and refined. The packaging was also inadequate for the product. The carton arrived visibly damaged, and several flowers appeared compressed from transit. In addition, the flowers had a strong chemical/plastic odor that was not mentioned in the listing. I purchased these expecting a high-end artificial floral product, and what arrived did not meet that description. I would not recommend this item based on the condition, appearance, and quality of the product I received.
